Sephiroth well understands all of this and that's why he has always been so forthcoming with offering to help Jessie in any way that he can. He's still very concerned over his apparent 'anomaly' and what it might mean when the scope is expanded out in comparison to the other Heroes but despite the others that were also involved in that set of tests, it seems that Kalki has somewhat "stolen the spotlight" from what is really important.

But then, can't blame them for thinking that- the implications of what Kalki knows/can do to them are very heavy.

He also agrees with Wedge, and comments that he has tried to get the other Heroes to see it this way as well. It's almost as if they're so shell-shocked by the light show going off in front of them that they can't see the support that is there behind them. The additional help, if only they would ask for it plainly rather than coming with guarded questions.

He will take the opportunity to directly ask, how it could be that Kalki could receive mail from the Mognet if she herself is not a Hero of Light? Or is the Mognet broader in scope and only requires a moogle companion in order for any person in Crystallis to use?

Wedge and Jessie will both agree with Sephiroth, and note that they don't blame him, nor any of the Heroes for that matter. Everything has been very confusing as of late, so it's to an extent understandable. Jessie will note however that it may be possible for someone who knows enough about the Heroes of Light to have "sent" that dream, so this may very well have been a trap.

Wedge will say he doesn't know how Kalki could have gotten their messages; but considering the Empire's means, it's very possible they have spies in Mognet or systems to get duplicate of their letters.

Jessie has pretty much just confirmed it for him then. Sephiroth already thought it more than probable that the dream had been a plant intended to trigger the Heroes into responding to her hence why he was somewhat glad that most of the details he personally didn't recall that clearly. It was akin to brainwashing, or could well develop into it if others so easily bent to her will. Sephiroth will ask Jessie what working theories she has into how this can happen, and if there are any suggestions how it can be prevented in the future? Otherwise, how will the Heroes even know a real threat from a suggested one, given how confusing it's getting? What of the Crystal of Fire as well though, would there be anyway to know if the arrival of Heroes has truly been stunted, or if they will be displaced against next time?

It seems that if the Earth Crystal has become the "place" then every month Kalki will have others to experiment with/test on.

To Wedge, Sephiroth will explain the lengths he went to in order to get a secure message around to the Heroes of Light and will suggest that perhaps Wedge or Artemicion could at least send a message to everyone to at least acknowledge that there is a problem. He did want to know what the Mognet were doing about this serious threat to security but as Artemicion isn't here-

Jessie will look particularly annoyed at this all, but she will say that no, she doesn't know yet how to prevent it from happening again or even how it may have been triggered; but she'll be looking into it. Likewise, of Kalki has somehow displaced all new Heroes to the Crystal of Earth, without more information it will be hard for her to do anything about it.

Wedge will say that Artemicion is at Mognet Central so he can't come for now, but they'll arrange to have a message sent to everyone as soon as they can.

He'll try to at least look a little more sympathetic towards her, Sephiroth does genuinely feel sorry for Jessie being as it seems she's always got so much to look into all the time and -he gathers- never quite the equipment she needs to do so (not that he's helped, getting involved and asking questions all of the time). He guesses that she wouldn't really know where to start unless they did manage to rescue a few of these supposed new-Heroes? Would that be a logical first step; he only wants to help.

Sephiroth will thank Wedge and finally get to his feet. He gains his balance quickly with his stick though and probably has been sat down for a little too long in one go. There isn't anything that they can do right now for any of the other Heroes is there? Other than wait and see if they all come back to the Crystal of Fire with death, or emerge victorious? He hopes that his coming to fill them in won't ultimately come to nothing.

It could help yes; but to tamper directly with the Crystals is something that would require knowledge she doesn't have in the first place. The Ancients could do it and obviously Kalki has somehow access to their methods, but she's not sure she could do it even with a lifetime of studies.

Wedge will thank him and tell they'll work on better ways to communicate with everyone; indeed they can do nothing but wait for now, but as soon as this'll all be over they hopefully will be able to do something.

It sounds as if some work should be going in the direction of pinning down Kalki's sources then? Does Jessie have any idea where they might be able to start? Sephiroth has been considering to have a more in-depth look around in the Magitek Facility but -for obvious reasons not only due to the creatures/robots that guard the place- isn't really sure what else might be able to be found in there.

Jessie will tell him there shouldn't be anything of interest left in the facility. Most robots should be inactive though a few may still roam, if he wants to go he's free to. Kalki's source probably lie in what she did all these years ago in Aqures Tosf, and they had no record of what happened then.

He might well look in anyway, once he's fully recovered and more capable of dealing with any issues they might run into. Better not to take any chances.

But then he should think about heading back to Esdham...though he hasn't heard anything about the situation on the ground there so will -while he's here- ask for any update on that? Are all the repairs done, Biggs must share something with them right?

They'll tell him repairs are still ongoing but are close to completion; Biggs is fairly busy though, so he can't meet the Heroes of Light.

That's understandable. He'll thank Wedge and Jessie for their time and then leave if neither of them has anything else left to say or talk about.
