Sephiroth replies to Artemicion, thanking him for the reply. Then asks what exactly construes 'giving permission'? Presumably letters, reports, observations etc have to be marked that they are for Archiving? Could there be a name that the Heroes could give their collective Archive and would all moogles be able to retrieve/copy stored documents upon request from any Hero? It's also very important that this Heroes-Archive would be secure.

A new letter is shortly after wards sent to Biggs asking for more information on the same. Pretty standard things such as what the physical/mental requirements are, how is the training structured, how long do they have to be on duty/away from home for at a time, what can be expected of life at Esdham etc. It's very much a 'I need to know as much as I can so that I can make a decision/make sure I'm passed the standard before applying'

Artemicion will explain that permission would simply mean for the Heroes to tell their Moogle it is alright to archive their letters. For Heroes to access the archive, they would just need to have their Moogle with them, as Mognet Employee they can certify they are Heroes of Light and have this right.

Biggs will reply that the requirements are what should be expected from the army, unless Sephiroth's world's army is really terrible. He needs to be healthy and physically capable, there are strict training hours at Esdham and the likes. Because they are Heroes of Light though, Wedge made sure they had arranged schedules and as such, do not need to be present constantly. He'll also say that life at Esdham is harsher. They live closer to the desert and are at war, so much of the comfort found in Aqures Ixen will not be found there.

Artemicion will not get another response, there is little point since he's got pretty much the answer he wanted.

Sephiroth will thank Biggs for the additional information and it's all 'Noted.' - he does have one more question; how much time would they have to report for duty at Esdham after their acceptance into the military?

Biggs will reply that with the special arrangement Wedge got for them, at least once per month, preferably more. Of course, he'd be expected to take part in battles against Imperial force when they attack Esdham, though it is not mandatory.
