Located west of Aqures Ixen, the Monster Arena is a recently opened facility. It used to exist in Heran territory, but its owner decided to move away after he lost all of his monsters. In spite of renewed efforts to catch them all once more, the poor man had grown too old for this-- Thankfully, the Heroes of Light are here!

Heroes of Light can come here to fight monsters, a good way for them to train without taking much risks, indeed it is impossible to die in the Monster Arena. It is also possible to learn Enemy Skills here. The old man in charge of the facility may give them side quests as well-- With prices ranging from Gils to new Jobs! A monster is available to be fought so long as the number next to them is not zero. If the number is zero, then this monster hasn't yet been caught and as such, cannot be fought! To catch monsters, Heroes of Light can equip the Beastmaster Job or borrow the special equipment allowing to capture monsters.

For the Monster Arena to fully re-open, one of each existing monster has to be captured first, with the exception of Hamsters as defeating them is next to impossible right now. Go out and catch them all! Reply here if your character has captured a monster. The list above will be updated as more monsters are captured. this Quest will end once every monsters have been captured once.

Reward: 7 000 Gils per captured monster. 2 000 for duplicates.
Reward: Job "Dancer" once one of every monster has been captured.

Chocobo Eaters tend to lurk around the Chocobo Farm. Go there and capture one!

Invisibility Crystal (unlocks the sealed skill of the Ninja Job).

One of each existing ghost has to be captured for the quest to be considered complete, with the exception of Spirits and those who will appear specifically on October 31st. You have to log your character capturing ghosts as this quest is plot-relevant, and your character has to be equipped with the Ghostbuster Job to be able to capture ghosts. Characters can work together to capture a ghost, but only one of them will receive the individual reward (all of them will get the completion reward however, if the quest is completed). Each character can only receive the individual reward three times. If they bring in a fourth ghost, the old man will take it in but they will not be paid for it.

Individual Reward: 3 000 Gil per captured ghost, whether they are new ones or duplicates.
Completion Reward: An item from O'aka's Shop for all those who captured at least one ghost if the quest is completed. The item is free and characters can pick what they want.

One Velociraptor coming right up! Courtesy of Levy McGarden, Ruby Rose, Rukia Kuchiki, and possibly Barkeep as well if he joins the log. Delivery would be delayed until after the sage event, as Rukia's been in Mysidia the entire time, unless the monster instantly gets zapped into the Arena's collection once it's caught (January 6th).

Log is in progress, but we do expect to complete it.

One Behemoth has been granted by a mystery donor on May 1st! The virus it carries will eventually die off, conveniently on May 31st as it can no longer use the Behemoth as a suitable host. The Behemoth remains alive, however, for the Arena's use.
