Hello, you can app this character of course, and we would recommend using the Alternate Universe (AU) application.

Much regarding this character seems to be up to interpretation and theories, especially to him being the clone of a FFIII character, thus affecting his personality. Yet apparently the relation between both characters isn't confirmed. The AU application will give you a lot more freedom to incorporate headcanon (such as him being Doga's clone) and add to his personality accordingly, all while retaining the core of his character as seen in FFXIV.
