This is probably stupid and I probably missed reading it somewhere, but I have to ask.: are Job skills innate? Like for example, if you take a character who's never touched a sword and equip them with the Warrior Job, do they automatically have the knowledge/muscle memory that would come with sword training? I was going to assume yes, but I don't want to do that and then have it not be the case.
