So how does this one work exactly? Do unequipped jobs get 1/4 of the total months of experience gained for the other jobs, or is it 1/4 of a month per job? For example, if a character has two jobs and earns double experience for a total of four months of gained experience, do all unequipped jobs gain 1 month, 1/2 month, or 1/4 month?
