Question, since Minato's in a position able to keep track, would it be possible for him to take over sending the monthly AC result letters about which Heroes have fallen into Crystal Stasis, as Jessie/Palitutu did before? (Of course, he'd technically include the ones who are in stasis-hiatus, since he isn't able to tell who is/isn't waking up.) He'd be doing this willingly.
