Accepted! Lightning will receive a letter notifying her of this one week after the physical and mental tests, along with the papers necessary to prove she is part of law enforcement. She has all the same rights than any regular police officers; but of course cannot kill culprits. She may apply to be promoted to captain in three months if she has participated to at least two events.
